Introduction We have created a new group test function where you can create tests and issue it to a group of individuals to take in a timed/scored fashion. The "proctor" who creates the test will automatically receive the results of the individuals who take the test. We believe this is a great tool for program directors to monitor the progress of residents and identify areas of weakness that need to be improved. 1. Create Group Test (for Proctor) Click Qbank Click Group Test Click "Create Group Test" Select how many questions and time per question. Select question sources. Clicked "Add tagged questions" if you have tagged questions you want to include tagged questions will appear as the first questions on the test. Therefore, if you have 50 tagged questions, and you create a test of 50 questions, the entire test will be composed of tagged question. Hit Preview Test. 2. Preview Test (for Proctor) You will see a list of the questions that will appear on the test and a breakdown by specialty. You may click on individual questions to review them. If there are any questions you want to remove de-select the "use" check box. 3. Confirm and Distribute Test Code to Test Takers (for Proctor) Once you click "confirm" a Test Code will be issued. Distribute this test code to the individuals who will take the test. one way to do this is add the testers as a collegues and place them in a specific colleague category. then send a single email which includes the Test Code to all members in this colleague category. 4. Test Takers Enter Code to Take Test (for Test Takers) Once the test takers have the Test Code they can begin the timed/scored test by following these steps. login to Orthobullets go to QBank > Group Test > and enter code. The timed test will automatically begin they will be unable to see the answers they will only have the allotted time to complete the test Once they complete the test they can see the results. 5. Review Results of Testers (for Proctor) While the group takes the test, the person who created the test can see the results of the individuals taking the test real time.
