Biography

Dr. Paul Knapp is a Metro Detroit native and board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult hip and knee reconstructive surgery. He completed his undergraduate studies at Michigan State University's Lyman Briggs College and earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. Dr. Knapp completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Ascension Macomb-Oakland Hospital and a fellowship in adult reconstruction at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City. He has a special interest in minimally invasive anterior hip replacement and is trained in robotic surgery of the hip and knee.
