I am a double board certified (ABOS & RCPSC), fellowship trained adult reconstruction surgeon in Washington, DC. I attended the prestigious Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland before embarking on the remainder of my training in the United States, becoming one of only a handful of international doctors accepted every year. I completed my orthopedic residency in Philadelphia at Temple University, followed by a fellowship focusing on complex joint reconstructions at the renowned Houston Methodist Hospital. Immediately out of fellowship, I modernized how joint replacements were performed at the Washington DC VA Medical Center, bringing top of the line care to our nations veterans by achieving a designation of a Center of Excellence in Advanced Hip and Knee Replacement. I am excited to now bring my expertise to the DMV area through my new position at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center.
