Alexandria O. Starks, M.D. is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in shoulder & elbow surgery in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. She is committed to delivering expert orthopedic care for common and complex shoulder & elbow problems. Dr. Starks received her medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in 2014. Following her medical degree, she completed her internship and orthopaedic residency training at Virginia Commonwealth University. Subsequently, she completed additional surgical training through her fellowship in shoulder & elbow surgery at the Rothman Institute. Born and raised at the Jersey Shore, Dr. Starks grew up surfing, sailing, and swimming. She competed in sailing at a collegiate level at Washington College where she met her husband, a Lancaster County native, and looks forward to contributing her unique skill set to the Lancaster and Lebanon communities.
