He practices at the Boston Bone & Joint Institute and New England Baptist Hospital, focusing on both arthroscopic and open surgical techniques. Dr. Kirsch has authored over 75 peer-reviewed scientific papers and contributed to more than 13 textbooks. He is an Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Tufts University School of Medicine and actively involved in educating future shoulder surgeons.
