Duncan currently serves as the Major League Rehab Coordinator and Lead Physical Therapist for the Detroit Tigers. He served as the Major League Physical Therapist for the Detroit Tigers since 2023 and has been with the Organization since 2020. Prior to joining the Tigers, Duncan underwent a Residency in Sports Physical Therapy at ATI Greenville and an Upper Extremity Fellowship with the Kansas City Royals. A graduate of the University of Florida, Duncan has been practicing since 2016 and earned his Board Certification in Sports Physical Therapy (SCS) in 2018.
