Miller Orthobullets Virtual Curriculum

The Miller Orthobullets Virtual Curriculum is a unique online educational program that combines question-based learning with video webinars. In 2013 we will continue to improve the curriculum by adding a series of 2013 Mock Exams with "never-been-seen" questions. Together with the 14-Step Curriculum, the MOBVC offers a truly comprehensive and unique learning experience. The curriculum currently includes:
  • Specialty Exams (9 total)
    • take timed/scored specialty exams. Exam analysis shows your strengths and weaknesses by specialty, and compares your score to a standard curve set by PGY5 residents taking the US ABOS Part 1.
  •  Specialty Exam Review Webinars (9 total)
    • watch 2-hour review webinars by expert speaker who review the key education concepts from each specialty exam and discuss high-yield information for each specialty.

  • Timed & Scored Mock Exams (6 exams / 700 questions total)
    • take timed/scored mock exams that mimic ABOS Step 1 testing conditions. Exam analysis shows your strengths and weaknesses by specialty and compares your score to a standard curve.
 
2013 Course Material: Mock Exams with "Never-Been-Seen" questions
 
This year we are excited to release a series of 2013 Mock Exam. What is unique about these exam is that the questions have never appeared on orthobullets, and individual results are tabulated. Therefore, a program director can have their residents take the exam simultaneously, analyze their strengths and weaknesses by specialty, and compare their performace to a curve set by residents take the exam across the country.
