This beginning of this video demonstrates the suprascapular artery running over the top of the transverse scapular ligament (TSL) at the suprascapular notch. Next the suprascapular nerve is visualized running below the ligament. Finally the TSL is divided using arthroscopic scissors to release pressure on the suprascapular nerve.
