Revision glenoid & humeral head recont with autografts (ICBG) for fixed ant shoulder dislocation

Here are intraop & postop images of my revision of CHRONIC ANTERIOR SHOULDER DISLOCATION 19 years ago when she was 25 yo.

The patient suffered a seizure and chronic anterior shoulder dislocation and she had had undergone Bristow surgery at an external center 2 (two) years ago. She has controlled seizure by neurologically.
The patient was fixed anterior shoulder dislocation when she applied to our center and Bristow screws had failed.
Active range of motion is limited by severe pain and crepitus. Forward elevation to 70°, external rotation at the side to 0°, and internal rotation to just the sacrum. Neurovascular examination was intact axillary nerve function.

Procedure : Glenoid and Humeral Head Reconstruction with Autograft (ICBG)
The patient (44 yo) is currently in the 19th year post-operatively. She has pain-free full ROM and stable shoulder, and no signs of osteoarthritis so far.
