Here, we describe the case of a patient who had a previous TKA and a proximal tibia fracture that was treated with plate fixation. The patient failed fixation and was diagnosed with nonunion. We treated with removal of hardware and nailing. The patient subsequently went on to union. This video shows some of the tips and tricks for nailing around a previous TKA.
