Dr. Randall S. Peyton is an award-winning, board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstruction and total joint replacement. He has been practicing in Northern Virginia since 1995 and is the President and CEO of Arthritis & Sports, which he founded in 1998. Dr. Peyton completed his medical degree at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, followed by a residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He further specialized with a fellowship in adult reconstruction at the Rothman Institute of the Thomas Jefferson University. Dr. Peyton has pioneered several advancements in joint replacement surgery and is actively involved in educating other orthopaedic surgeons.
