Dr. Matthew J. Kelly is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder surgery, sports medicine, and knee replacement. He graduated from Penn State College of Medicine in 1996 and completed his residency at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center in 2004. Dr. Kelly served as an orthopedic surgeon in the U.S. Army for five years, including deployments to Iraq. He completed a fellowship in shoulder surgery and sports medicine at St. George Hospital in Sydney, Australia. Since 2010, he has been practicing at the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania.
