Biography

I was born and raised in Sacramento before venturing to Boston for my college education. I earned my undergraduate degree from Harvard University and my medical degree from Harvard Medical School. Subsequently, I completed my orthopedic surgery residency at the Harvard Combined Orthopaedic Residency Program, which allowed me to work at renowned medical centers such as Massachusetts General Hospital, Brigham and Women’s Hospital, and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center. I was honored to have been chosen as Chief Resident, navigating our residency program through the early stages of the COVID pandemic. Following my residency, I pursued specialized fellowship training focusing on minimally invasive hip and knee replacements, as well as complex and revision hip and knee replacements at the Hofmann Arthroplasty Adult Reconstruction/Arthroplasty Fellowship program in Salt Lake City, UT.
