Dr. Michael J. O’Brien is a Board Certified orthopaedic surgeon, fellowship-trained in shoulder and elbow surgery. He serves as the Chief of Shoulder and Elbow Services and Orthopaedics Residency Director at Tulane University. Dr. O’Brien has an active clinical practice and is involved in ongoing research projects aimed at advancing the field of orthopaedics. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Shoulder & Elbow Surgeons (ASES) and the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA).
