Biography

Dr. Kevin W. Farmer is a professor in the University of Florida Department of Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine and a team physician for the UF Athletic Association. He earned his medical degree from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine in 2003, completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at The Johns Hopkins Hospital, and pursued fellowships in sports medicine and arthroscopy at the Uribe, Hechtman, Zvijac Sports Medicine Institute, and in shoulder and elbow reconstruction at the University of Florida. Dr. Farmer has published extensively and is actively involved in professional organizations, including serving as a board member for the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Southern Orthopaedic Association.
