Biography

Dr. Linn specializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive knee and shoulder surgery. He completed a fellowship in sports medicine, arthroscopy, and reconstructive surgery at the Minneapolis Sports Medicine Center, serving as assistant team physician to the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Timberwolves. Dr. Linn is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons. He was an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at Nova Southeastern University for 15 years and former Chief of Surgery at Westside Regional Medical Center in Plantation. Dr. Linn received his BA degree from Brown University and his medical degree from the New York University School of Medicine. He served as an intern in general surgery at Barnes Hospital/Washington University School of Medicine, where he also completed his orthopaedic residency in 1989. Dr. Linn has served on the Medical Executive Committees of Westside Regional Medical Center and Outpatient Surgical Services in Plantation. He has lectured nationally on disorders of the knee and shoulder and has served as team physician at the professional, collegiate, and high school levels. ? Dr. Linn is also certified by the Division of Worker's Compensation. He has experience in the treatment of complex industrial and personal injuries. He performs IME services as well as second opinions.
