Biography

Dr. MaryBeth Horodyski is a Professor and Director of Research at the University of Florida Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine. She has over 20 years of experience in athletic training and exercise physiology, with a focus on spine-injured patient care. Dr. Horodyski has been published more than 100 times in peer-reviewed journals and has held various leadership roles in the National Athletic Trainers' Association (NATA), including Vice President and District Nine Director. She has received numerous honors, including induction into the NATA Hall of Fame in 2017 and the National Academies of Practice as a Distinguished Practitioner and Fellow in 2022.
