Dr. Zefu (Robert) Liu, D.O., is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, shoulder reconstruction, joint replacement, and advanced arthroscopic procedures. Originally from California, Dr. Liu graduated at the top of his class from Touro University Nevada College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2016. He completed his orthopedic surgical residency at Franciscan Health/Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois, where he served as chief resident and was honored with the Resident of the Year award. Dr. Liu further honed his skills during his fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, serving as a team physician for both Washington University athletics and the NHL's St. Louis Blues. In 2025, he joined Nevada Orthopedic & Spine Center in Las Vegas, NV, where he is committed to delivering high-quality orthopedic care using cutting-edge techniques tailored to each patient's lifestyle and goals. Dr. Liu is fluent in Mandarin and is dedicated to serving Las Vegas's diverse patient population.
