Dr. Phillip Sussman is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee. He also specializes in shoulder replacement procedures, including the ream and run procedure, and has training in orthopedic fracture care. Dr. Sussman has extensive experience with sports coverage during his training and years in private practice, providing care to patients at all levels of sports, from professional athletes to weekend warriors. He serves as the team physician for Coastal Carolina University and several local high schools.
