Dr. Maximilian Heitmann is a specialist in Orthopaedic Surgery with a focus on trauma, hand surgery, sports medicine, emergency medicine, and upper extremity conditions. He graduated from the University of Würzburg in 2011 and has gained extensive experience through international internships and positions in Switzerland, Italy, and Germany. Dr. Heitmann has held senior positions at Vivantes Humboldt Klinikum, Helios Klinikum Berlin Buch, and the University Hospital Charité in Berlin. In August 2025, he joined Sana Kliniken Oberfranken to develop the Department of Traumatology and establish a Department of Hand Surgery. He is proficient in five languages: German, English, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish.
