Dr. Mara Karamitopoulos is a board-certified pediatric orthopedic surgeon specializing in the care of infants, children, and adolescents. She treats a variety of pediatric orthopedic conditions, including fractures, hip dysplasia, leg length discrepancies, and cerebral palsy. Dr. Karamitopoulos serves as the Chief of the Division of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery at NYU Langone Health and is a Clinical Associate Professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery. She is actively involved in research and resident education, has authored numerous publications, and has presented nationally and internationally.
