Dr. Charles J. Odgers IV, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery, arthroscopic procedures, and joint replacement. He graduated from Temple University in 1992, completed his residency at Thomas Jefferson University in 1997, and served in the US Air Force as a board-certified orthopedic surgeon and department vice chairman. In 2001, he joined the Pennsylvania Orthopaedic Center. Dr. Odgers is actively involved in charitable organizations including the Bethesda Project, Friends in Action, and the Children of the Father Foundation.
