Seth Miller, MD, is an orthopedic surgeon who specializes in arthroscopic shoulder surgery and shoulder replacement. He is a staff orthopedic physician at Greenwich Hospital. In prior years, Dr. Miller was Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at Hospital for Joint Diseases/New York University, and an Assistant Attending Physician in orthopedic surgery at New York-Presbyterian Hospital. Dr. Miller served as Orthopedic Consultant to the New York Mets for nine years, attending spring training and regular Major League season games where he oversaw the physical condition of players. Dr. Miller has performed over 1,800 total shoulder and reverse shoulder replacement surgeries during his more than 30 years in practice. He was one of the first shoulder surgeons in the State to perform the reverse shoulder replacement procedure, which has been the most significant breakthrough in shoulder replacement surgery. Dr. Miller’s research on shoulder conditions is regularly published in leading medical journals, including the Journal for Shoulder and Elbow Surgery, Arthroscopy, and the Journal of American Academy for Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Miller is a member of the prestigious American Shoulder and Elbow Society and American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons.
