Dr. Sreedhar Somisetty is a general orthopedic surgeon with over 25 years of clinical experience. He completed his medical degree at Osmania Medical College in India, followed by a residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences. Dr. Somisetty pursued extensive fellowship training in orthopedic subspecialties at esteemed institutions, including the University of Texas Medical Branch, Massachusetts General Hospital/Harvard Medical School, SUNY Stony Brook, and Boston University Medical Center. His professional experience encompasses roles such as Clinical Assistant Professor and Chief of Orthopedics at the University of Arizona, Southern Arizona VA Health Care System, and Staff Orthopedic Surgeon at Mahaska Health Partnership in Oskaloosa, IA. Most recently, he served as Staff Orthopedic Surgeon and Section Chief of Orthopedics at Broadlawns Medical Center in Des Moines, IA. Dr. Somisetty specializes in treating conditions of the hips, knees, hands, and shoulders, performing joint replacement and arthroscopic surgeries.
