Biography

Dr. Kevin Cassidy is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip and knee replacement surgeries, including complex primary and revision joint replacements. He has expertise in partial knee replacement, computer-assisted surgery, robotic-assisted surgery, and the anterior approach to hip replacement. Dr. Cassidy completed his medical degree at New York University School of Medicine in 2008, followed by a residency in orthopedic surgery at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital / Columbia University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. He then completed a fellowship in adult reconstruction and joint replacement at the Hospital for Special Surgery. Dr. Cassidy is affiliated with multiple hospitals, including St. Francis Hospital & Heart Center and North Shore University Hospital.
