Biography

Dr. Edwin R. Cadet is a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine and shoulder surgery at Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic. He serves as an adjunct assistant professor of orthopedic surgery at the University of North Carolina and is the site director for the ROC-UNC Sports Medicine Fellowship. Dr. Cadet is a team physician for NC State University, Shaw University, and South Garner High School. Prior to joining Raleigh Orthopaedic Clinic, he was an Assistant Professor of Clinical Orthopaedic Surgery at Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City, where he also served as the Director of Hip Arthroscopy. He specializes in minimally-invasive and open techniques to address disorders affecting the shoulder, knee, hip, and elbow.
