Dr. Paul Anton Michas is a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, focusing on knee injuries, shoulder problems, musculoskeletal trauma, and fractures. He has been practicing general orthopaedics at Orthopaedic Associates in Albany, Georgia, since 1999. Dr. Michas earned his undergraduate degree from Florida State University, followed by a master's degree in physiology and a Doctor of Medicine degree from the Chicago Medical School at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science. He completed his general surgery internship and orthopaedic surgery residency at Tulane Medical Center, where he served as chief resident. Dr. Michas is an active member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the Medical Association of Georgia.
