Dr. Jason E. Hsu is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in shoulder and elbow surgery. He serves as an associate professor at the UW School of Medicine and holds the Rick and Anne Matsen Honorary Professorship for Shoulder Research. Dr. Hsu is also the medical director of the UW Medicine Bone and Joint Clinic. His expertise includes primary and revision shoulder replacement surgery, complex shoulder reconstructive surgeries, arthroscopic rotator cuff repair, and procedures for shoulder instability and painful elbow conditions. He has published over 100 peer-reviewed articles and serves as an Associate Editor for the Journal of Bone and Joint Surgery.
