Dr. Sinan Ozgur is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon specializing in upper extremity pathologies, including total and reverse shoulder arthroplasty. He earned his medical degree from the University of Vermont College of Medicine in 2011, completed his orthopedic residency at Joan C. Edwards Marshall University School of Medicine in Huntington, WV, and pursued a fellowship in shoulder and elbow surgery at the San Francisco Shoulder, Elbow & Hand Clinic. Dr. Ozgur has been practicing since 2017 and is affiliated with King's Daughters Medical Center in Ashland, KY.
