Dr. Robert Zbeda is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder surgery. He is a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Orthopedic Surgery at the NYU Grossman School of Medicine. Dr. Zbeda completed his medical degree at New York Medical College, where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha medical honor society. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, serving as chief resident, and pursued fellowships in shoulder and elbow surgery at Melbourne Orthopaedic Group in Australia and in hand and upper extremity surgery at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami. Dr. Zbeda is actively involved in education and research, with multiple textbook chapters and peer-reviewed publications to his credit.
