Dr. Verlinsky grew up in Los Angeles, CA, and subsequently attended University of California, Los Angeles where he received Departmental Honors in Biochemistry. He received his medical degree at the University of Texas Health San Antonio School of Medicine where he remains as an orthopedic surgery resident. He has particular interests in lower extremity trauma, post-traumatic reconstruction, and research. He is pursuing an orthopaedic traumatology fellowship and subsequently an academic career in orthopaedic trauma. Dr. Verlinsky enjoys cooking for his wife and friends, road cycling, and bouldering during his free time.
