Joshua Rainey, MD, is an orthopaedic surgery fellow at Mayo Clinic based in Rochester, MN, specializing in complex hip and knee replacement. He completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery from 2020 to 2025 at University of Utah Health and received his medical degree from University of Michigan Medical School in 2020. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomolecular Sciences with highest distinction from the University of Michigan. Dr. Rainey has contributed to numerous publications, including works on corrosion in revision total knee arthroplasty, perioperative patient engagement, and improving patellar outcomes in stage one revision arthroplasty.
