Dr. Kornelis Poelstra is a board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery, scoliosis, and disc replacements. He earned his MD/PhD in Medicine and Biomedical Engineering from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands. Dr. Poelstra completed his orthopedic residency at the University of Virginia Health System and an orthopedic and neurological spine surgery fellowship at The Rothman Institute at Thomas Jefferson University. He is the Director of The Robotic Spine Institute of Las Vegas and has performed over 1,220 robotic spine surgeries. Dr. Poelstra is affiliated with Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, NV.
