Dr. Thomas B. Evely is a fellowship-trained sports medicine and shoulder surgeon specializing in complex shoulder reconstruction and sports medicine. He joined UAB in 2021 and was appointed Associate Program Director for the Orthopedic Surgery residency program in 2024. Dr. Evely has been honored with the Excellence in Patient Care award annually since joining UAB and was named Resident MVP by the Orthopedic Surgery residents in 2023.
