Dr. Rajeev Puri is a board-certified, fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in hip, knee, foot, and ankle surgeries. He completed his medical education at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 1995, followed by an orthopedic surgical residency at Ohio State University Hospital. Dr. Puri further enhanced his expertise through fellowships in foot and ankle reconstruction at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and in hip and knee total joint revision at Indiana Orthopedics. He has been practicing since 2002 and is affiliated with multiple hospitals in Illinois.
