Dr. Alexis Matrka is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in adult reconstructive surgery. She completed her medical degree at The Ohio State University College of Medicine in 2018, followed by a residency in orthopaedic surgery at Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Science in Rochester from 2018 to 2023. She then pursued a fellowship in adult reconstructive surgery at OrthoCarolina Hip & Knee Center. Dr. Matrka has published research on surgical improvement strategies in orthopaedics and arthrodesis techniques for infected knee arthroplasty.
