Biography

Dr. Corey A. Jones is a board-eligible and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in adult hip and knee joint replacements. He is dedicated to restoring mobility and improving quality of life for patients suffering from various orthopedic conditions, focusing on degenerative/inflammatory joint diseases, post-traumatic arthritis, complex joint deformities, and complications following joint replacements. Dr. Jones has extensive training and experience in performing minimally invasive anterior hip replacements, robotic-assisted joint replacements, partial knee replacements, complex hip and knee replacements, and revision joint replacements. He employs cutting-edge technologies and muscle-sparing techniques to provide personalized care that enhances outcomes and speeds recovery. Originally from Melbourne, FL, Dr. Jones attended the University of Florida for both undergraduate and medical school, graduating first in his class and being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. He completed his orthopedic surgical residency at Emory University and Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta, GA, where he served as Chief Resident and received the Thomas Moore Sr. Mentorship Award for exemplary mentorship to junior residents. Following residency, he completed a fellowship at Harvard in Boston, MA, learning advanced techniques in revision and complex joint reconstruction. Dr. Jones is certified in ROSA and MAKO robotic surgery, has published in various journals, and is an active member of the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons (AAHKS), the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons (AAOS), and the Georgia Orthopaedic Society.
