Dr. Richard A. Boe is an orthopaedic surgeon specializing in hip & knee reconstructive surgery in Austell, Georgia. Dr. Boe received his medical degree from the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine in 2014. Following his medical degree, he completed his residency in orthopaedic surgery at the Marshall University Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine and then a fellowship in Adult Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Pennsylvania.
