Cynthia Nguyen, M.D., is a pediatric orthopaedic surgeon at Shriners for Children Medical Center and is board-eligible by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr. Nguyen received her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. She then completed her residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Her fellowship in pediatric orthopaedic surgery was completed at the University of Utah. After completing her fellowship Dr. Nguyen decided to travel to West Africa where she completed a “mini-fellowship” in complex spine deformity at the FOCOS Orthopaedic Hospital in Accra, Ghana.
