Biography

Dr. Jack Farr is a retired orthopedic surgeon specializing in knee and cartilage restoration. He earned his undergraduate degree in biological engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in 1975 and his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1979. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Indiana University Medical Center in 1986. Dr. Farr practiced at OrthoIndy South and was affiliated with OrthoIndy Hospital and Community Hospital South. He retired from surgical practice in May 2022 and fully retired from consulting in January 2025.
