As a former Division I NCAA swimming Champion for the University of Georgia and through his experiences taking care of professional athletes, Dr. Cregar has a specialized understanding of the impact pain and limited mobility can have on one's ability to participate in activities they enjoy. Dr. Cregar and his Team are dedicated to educating each patient and developing an individualized treatment plan to restore mobility. Dr. Cregar’s ultimate goal is to return patients to doing what they love quickly and safely using state-of-the art orthopedic treatments and procedures in the least invasive means possible. Dr. Cregar is originally from New Jersey and attended the University of Georgia where he was captain of the swimming and diving team and a Division I NCAA Champion in the 400 I.M. He then earned his medical degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond Virginia, where he was chapter president of the prestigious medical honor society, Alpha Omega Alpha.
