Dr. Christopher Lee is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Trauma, Associate Program Director, and Director of Quality and Safety for the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. He graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and received Alpha Omega Alpha honors from the Keck School of Medicine at USC. He completed his orthopaedic surgery residency at UCLA and an orthopaedic trauma fellowship at R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Medical Center. He has received numerous teaching awards, including Teacher of the Year at Shock Trauma, Teacher of the Year at UCLA, and Mentor of the Year at UCLA. He has authored over 90 peer-reviewed manuscripts and is a principal investigator on multiple research grants. He serves as an active member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, and his clinical interests include pelvic and acetabular fractures, periarticular fractures, and nonunions/malunions.
