Dr. Melissa Martinez is an orthopedic surgeon specializing in sports medicine, with a focus on shoulder and knee injuries. She has served as a team physician for the Boston Red Sox minor league affiliate team and the Worcester Red Sox, as well as for Worcester State University and other local colleges and high schools. Dr. Martinez was an associate professor at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine from 2018 to 2022 and has authored seventeen published articles.
