A 29-year-old male falls down a flight of stairs while intoxicated and sustains a hyperflexion injury to the cervical spine. During the examination, the patient is obtunded and uncooperative with the physical examination. Motor testing cannot be performed due to the patient's status, but reflexes are 2/4 biceps, triceps, and patellar. Figure A is the cervical spine radiograph.
