Most governing bodies in sport use urine samples for drug testing. While there is a blood test to detect higher than normal levels of hGH, there is not presently a urine test. Accurate urine tests of the other performance enhancing drugs exist, but realize that new formulations that are undetectable by current tests can be developed and may be available to athletes.
