A 7-year-old boy falls from the monkey bars and presents to the ED with pain and deformity of the left elbow. Initial radiographs are seen in Figures A and B. He undergoes closed reduction with percutaneous pinning, and is placed in posterior mold splint. The pins and splint are removed at 3 weeks post-operatively.
