A 45 year-old male presents to your office for a painless foot mass that has now become irritating with shoe wear preventing him from going into public. On T1 non-contrast MRI image is a 1.5 x 3.0 cm well circumscribed isointense mass compared to the subcutaneous fat just superficial to the muscle of extensor digitorum brevis, that is homogeneous and isointense compared to subcutaneous fat on T2 reconstructions that does not enhance with contrast.
