A 45-year-old male roofer presents after falling from a 30-foot roof and landing directly on his feet. He reports severe lower back and bilateral foot pain. On physical exam, there is 3/5 motor strength in the iliopsoas, quadriceps, tibialis anterior, and gastrocnemius-soleus muscles. There are diffuse paresthesias in the lower extremities, but perianal sensation remains intact. The bulbocavernosus reflex is present. Current imaging is shown in figures A-E.
