The tumor is found to be localized without metastatic spread and her treatment plan involves curative-intent wide resection with post-operative adjuvant radiation. In pre-operative planning, the surgeon identifies tumor abutment against the superficial femoral artery (red arrow) and sciatic nerve (yellow arrow; Figure A).
