You see a 45-year-old male construction worker with moderate, symptomatic osteoarthritis of his elbow. He has failed conservative management with physical therapy, injections, and is fearful he will lose his job if his elbow pain persists. Recent MRI demonstrates multiple loose bodies in the elbow. You elect to perform an elbow arthroscopy with debridement and loose body removal. Intra-operatively, you establish your anterolateral portal first, followed by anteromedial and posteromedial portals.
